Cocktail of the Month – December
Yes, it’s that time of year, the air is cooler, the traffic is heavier and the parties are endless!
I’m especially excited about this month’s Cocktail, not just because it comes from the restaurant / kitchen of Wolfgang Puck! But because I was invited to a very special private re-opening of his Palm Desert Restaurant and got to meet the incredible master himself, Wolfgang Puck. An ICONIC figure in the world of food and entertaining…there would be No Oscar Party without Wolfgang Puck.
This cocktail is cool, comforting with a little spice – Kashmir – made with Broker’s Gin, black peppercorn and grapefruit juice.
The new menu is inspired by how the chef dines and entertains at home, the menu boasts a seasonal offering of small plates, fresh salads, pizzas and handmade pastas as well as a variety of seafood, steak and other delicious proteins.
